Tensioning system for bobbins, rollers and static applications
When it comes to fast, tool-free clamping and releasing of components on smooth shafts, Uhing-easylock is the clever solution. Developed for applications with high demands on ease of use and process reliability, our clamping element enables the friction-locked fixing of rollers, sleeves, spools, devices, etc. - simply by hand.

The Easylock is also available as a standard version, marked by the blue ring, and as a version with positive release, marked by the red ring. The EL with positive release is always useful when a high residual axial force acts on the pintle point or tension unit during the release process.
How the Uhing-easylock works
The tension unit contains a clamping ring that is positioned at an angle to the shaft. By turning the clamping wheel, an axial force can be generated on the clamping material. The connection is released with a simple turning and pulling movement - quickly and without tools. The high level of self-locking of the clamping principle enables secure holding even in the event of vibration or load changes - ideal for rotating and stationary applications.
The Easylock system consists of:
- Tension unit, optionally with positive release
- Pintle point
- Fixed pintle
